Bucket Elevator
The bucket elevator uses a series of attached buckets to transport materials vertically. When the drive system starts, the buckets, mounted on either a chain or belt, collect materials from the inlet at the base. As they ascend, the buckets transport the materials to the top, where they are discharged either through tipping or centrifugal force. This system is ideal for handling bulk materials in industries such as agriculture, fertilizer production, chemicals, construction, and metallurgy.
Our company offers a range of models, including the TH series chain bucket elevators and NE series plate chain elevators, along with related components tailored to specific industrial needs. These material handling systems are known for their efficiency in handling vertical transport tasks, supporting continuous operation and high production demands.
TH Bucket Elevator
Features
- The upper and lower chain wheels are built with a modular structure, allowing for easy replacement of the rims, reducing maintenance costs.
- The lower section utilizes a counterweight lever tensioning system that automatically maintains consistent tension, preventing chain slippage or derailment, ensuring smooth operation.
- The elevator uses high-strength circular chains, which are heat-treated for improved tensile strength and wear resistance, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
Loading and Unloading Options
- ZH-Type (Medium-Depth Bucket): Designed for transporting sticky, difficult-to-throw materials like wet sand, chemical fertilizers, soda ash, and clay.
- ZH-Type (Deep Bucket): Ideal for dry, loose materials that are easy to discharge, such as crushed stones, coal, cement raw materials, and slag.

NE Bucket Elevator
Our bucket elevator is a suitable solution for vertically transporting various materials, including powders, granules, and small lumps. Its flow-in feeding and gravity discharge system reduce material degradation and spillage, making it suitable for handling abrasive substances. This bulk material handling equipment’s wear-resistant chain and enclosed design ensure efficient operation with minimal maintenance, ideal for industries like cement, mining, and construction materials. Its sealed structure minimizes environmental contamination, providing a cost-effective and reliable transport solution.
Features
- This bucket elevator can handle a wide range of materials, including powders, granules, and abrasive substances, with minimal restrictions on material type or size.
- The flow-in feeding design eliminates the need for bucket digging, reducing material collisions and wear. The high-strength wear-resistant chain prolongs its service life and minimizes mechanical wear.
- Sealed design ensures minimal environmental pollution.
- Low operational and maintenance costs due to its energy efficiency and robust construction.
Loading and Unloading Method
The bucket elevator uses a flow-in feeding method and gravity-induced unloading, eliminating material backflow. It is especially suited for vertically conveying materials like raw cement, coal, limestone, dry clay, and clinker.

FAQ
What equipment is typically included in a fertilizer production line?
A complete fertilizer production line, whether for organic or compound fertilizers, usually features equipment for mixing, crushing, screening, granulation, cooling, and coating. Each machine plays a key role in ensuring efficient production and high-quality outputs.
What raw materials are commonly used in compound fertilizer production?
To produce various types and concentrations of compound fertilizers, manufacturers commonly mix materials like urea, ammonium chloride, MAP (monoammonium phosphate), DAP (diammonium phosphate), MOP (muriate of potash), and SOP (sulfate of potash). These materials help achieve the desired nutrient balance for different crops.
